The sidewalk along Main Street has been replaced and now joins with the sidewalks on the temple block.

The lighting for the sign on the northeast corner will soon be in place.

The fountain in front of the temple is looking good.

The gold lettering above the east entrance has been completed.

Many shrubs have been planted around the temple and there are still more waiting to be planted.

Curb and gutter are being put in on the southwest corner of the block.

This is a view of the gates on the west entrance. Landscaping work hasn't yet begun on the circular planter.

Tonight crews were working on the lighting again. Not all of the lights were turned on but even without all of them, the temple is beautiful.

This is the west entrance showing the lighting on the stairs. The handrail has been installed since I was there last and looks very nice.

The view from the northwest corner. If you look very closely, you can see the heads of the men on the roof who are working on the lighting.

There were groups of people walking around the block admiring the temple. We overheard one couple say the view from the freeway was so beautiful, they got off to take a closer look.

The construction fence in front of the temple has been moved back a few feet and a temporary fence has been set up along the curb on Main street.

Crews are busy all around the temple block.

 The fountain is taking shape.

The sidewalk and grass along the parking strip have been removed and are being upgraded as part of the landscaping project.

The soil in the planter boxes is being readied for planting.

Shrubs have been delivered and are waiting to be planted.

One of the gates in the decorative fence has been installed.

Peaches are growing on one of the peach trees.

The sidewalk on the west side of the block (100 West) was poured today.

Crews are busy working on the landscape upgrades in front of the tabernacle as well.

The green Christmas tree strips have been removed from the chain link fence all along Main Street. 

Stone is been added to the fountain in front of the temple.

Construction has begun on the landscaping upgrades in front of the tabernacle.
